Comin' for dinner?

This morning I cut some fresh rosemary and sage and cut up a lemon...

Hubby started a fire in the smoker and the temperature is rising...



Yesterday, hubby brined a 20 pound turkey, and this morning it is in the smoker. It'll be ready in about 8 hours... just bring a side dish! Have a great day, and thanks for stopping by!

Mom & I are on our way!~ she has garden grown asparagus and I made an ice cream dessert. :-p

Smoked turkey sounds so good. My husband used to deep fry turkey. He gave the deep fryer to his brother because we needed to use it when we had company. Now it is too hard for us to have big dinners for a lot of company.
